We opened the doors of our company to two third-year high school classes from the Electrical and Maintenance program at ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐ in Saronno. Hereโs what we shared with them:

The students visited the wiring area, the assembly area, the electronics lab, and the testing room, guided respectively by Youness Ghanim, Marco Papallo, Ivano Garavaglia and Dario Belloni.

Our People Manager Chiara Cavicchia presented the open positions and career paths, alongside colleagues Danielle Martinello and Marco Rusconi. Both are former IPSIA students who today represent a concrete example of professional growth at SPII.
