The negotiation course at SPII has just come to an end, led by the legendary Fabio Tognetti from UNREAL Training!
His expertise and innovative approach allowed us to deeply explore the dynamics of negotiation, providing practical tools and fresh perspectives to tackle daily challenges with efficiency and awareness.
Thanks to this fully immersive and interactive course, we enhanced our skills by learning how to confidently recognize and manage the different phases of the negotiation process, better understand the needs of the counterpart, and develop win-win solutions for all parties involved.
Congratulations to Fabio and his collaborator Omar for their ability to engage and inspire, and to the SPII team for their active participation and enthusiasm.
