A group of SPII collegues had the opportunity to attend the Julio Velasco Day, an event full of insights and reflections on what it truly means to be a leader, work as a team, and strive for excellence.
Velasco showed us, through practical examples, anecdotes, and firsthand stories, how to become an effective leader and develop a winning mindset.
