Our IT Manager, Carola Portigliotti, recently conducted a constructive and empowering workshop at our company aimed at identifying, analyzing, and optimizing processes that involve digital tools.
In preparation for the workshop, a questionnaire was distributed to the entire company to investigate current file storage and sharing procedures and related processes.
This approach fostered discussion, allowing everyone to propose new ideas or unmet needs, and enabled department heads to arrive at the session more informed and change-oriented.
Thanks to an innovative and dynamic approach, presented as a game, the workshop highlighted the major issues with the current system, serving as the starting point for identifying three concrete objectives and their respective solutions:
- Optimization of file storage
- Promotion of effective remote communication
- Staff training
We are excited about the future prospects and ready to work together to achieve these important goals!
