Today, April 28, is ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐กโ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ฆ ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐, a holiday established in 2003 by theย International Labour Organization.
It was created with the aim of creating a new “๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฒ” in order to reduce and prevent accidents in the workplace and occupational diseases.
We want to celebrate and be the spokesperson for this anniversary because for us at SPII S.p.A. health and safety come first!
We have always said it, but above all we have done it:
Smart working, flexible hours and the creation of break & relax areas for a healthy work-life balance and to increase psychophysical well-being;
Constant internal and external training to ensure awareness of corporate risks;
The implementation of sustainable practices that make it possible to build a better future for all;
These are just some of the initiatives we have promoted to promote health and safety in the company, where ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง and ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ are the two keywords.
We will continue to work to further strengthen our responsible policies and strive to be a business model for cultural orientation to ๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก and ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฒ.
