A group of students from the Master of Science in Management โ€“ Business Lab MNCs at Universitร  Cattolica del Sacro Cuore spent the morning with us for a hands-on academic project, led by Prof. Marco Minciullo and guided on-site by SPIIโ€™s CEO, Silvio Zuffetti.

They were divided into 3 teams and engaged in a real business case, working on a concrete operational topic with clear constraints, data, and objectives. The goal was to go beyond theory and give them the opportunity to experience real-world business dynamics.

Throughout the morning, we appreciated their thoughtful questions, analytical mindset, and ability to structure their ideas in a practical way.

We were pleased to welcome 24 students from the Master of Science in Management โ€“ Business Lab MNCs at the Universitร  Cattolica del Sacro Cuore to our company.

Accompanied by Professor Marco Minciullo, the students joined a company presentation led by our CEO, Silvio Zuffetti, followed by a tour of our facilities and direct interaction with our people.

The day concluded with an overview of Field Project opportunities presented by our People Manager Chiara Cavicchia. Each open position was introduced by the respective functional Manager, giving students a concrete view of the possibilities for growth and collaboration within the company.

In addition, we also had an inspiring testimonial from Matilde Borra, who shared her journey from participating in a previous Field Project to her current role in SPII.

We strongly believe in the value of collaboration between academia and industry as a driver of mutual growth.

FIELD PROJECT INCOMING… 2560 1748 Spii

We are always at the forefront of activities in collaboration with schools and universities and we are pleased to announce that we have become a partner company of the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

It was a pleasure to be able to host in our company the students of the Master of Science in Management, a master’s degree course aimed at those who intend to play an active role in managerial processes in modern global companies.

The MScM is developed along a challenging training course around management and business administration in a global competitive context.

The goal of the visit was to proactively involve students to create a union between the theoretical and analytical foundations with practical application to the world of work thanks to a field project.

We thank our colleagues Matteo Paduano and Silvio Zuffetti, who presided over the visit and presented the training activities – alongside Benedetto Cannatelli, Associate Professor of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship of the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

The field project will start in March: students will work as a team, under the supervision of a teacher, to complete a field project “commissioned” by us.

Thanks to this three-year partnership, students will have the possibility to experience the working reality directly in our company and we would have the opportunity to actively and systematically participate in the teaching activity carried out within the business lab, through different forms of involvement.

We are proud to be an active part of the training process of these young people.
We wish them great good luck for the start of this journey!
