Technical training continues at SPII with a new General Mechanics Day dedicated to our products, led by Francesco Colombo.
This time, the session took place in a special setting: outdoors, in our summer room, combining learning and sharing in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.

During the day, participants had the opportunity to enhance their mechanical skills, exchange practical experiences, and build teamwork through collaboration and technical discussion.

A big thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm and curiosity, and to Francesco for the passion and professionalism he brought to the session.

These moments of internal training are essential to help people grow โ€” and with them, the innovation that drives our projects every day. ๐Ÿš€

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day on October 10, we are pleased to share the conclusion of a training program on psychological wellbeing in the workplace, carried out in collaboration with Mindwork โ€“ Wellbeing in progress.

At our Saronno headquarters, the second edition of Mental Well-being Expert took place, with the participation of our People Manager, Chiara Cavicchia.

Two days led by Dr. Lorenza Pastore, filled with discussions, practical tools, and reflections on the strategic role of HR professionals in fostering healthier and more sustainable work environments.

Spii, as a center of competence, thrives on experience and international interaction with the rest of the world and wants to improve the management of its worldwide network more and more to better support its customers.

Guided by the awareness that diversity is an added value and that there are cultural gaps between the various countries, our desire to understand different cultures arises.

How do we intend to master the intercultural dynamics?
Helping our team members to develop their cultural flexibility thanks to a training course in collaboration with Mylia which is part of our Academy program.

To guide us in this path will be the teacher Maura Di Mauro – Interculural Trainer, Coach & Consultant.

In the meantime, we decided to prepare ourselves by letting ourselves be inspired by Erin Meyer and her fantastic book The Culture Map: a detailed guide to the cultures of different countries to learn how to adopt the most effective techniques in communication and interactions within multicultural environments.

We can’t wait to increase our knowledge by learning to observe from different perspectives!
